Connie will lead you through a variety of mindfulness meditations and visualizations. You will learn and practice meditations and mindfulness skills to reduce anxiety and improve your sense of well being.

These classes are suitable for adults who are new to meditation as well as those who already meditate but would like to practice in a small group setting. We supply chairs to sit on. If you prefer to sit on the floor please bring your own cushion or yoga mat.
